Project and construction management (m/f/d)

Definition of roles, responsibilities and decision-making competences of all stakeholders, as well as management of steering committee and project meetings to prepare and implement decisions Determination, approval and continuous control of building budget, schedule of dates and costs in coordination with the technical functions and creation of monthly reporting by default Implementation of procurement in close coordination with purchasing, including creation of tenders, evaluation of offers, negotiation, conclusion of contracts and commissioning of external service providers Coordination of user and machine side requirements, quality assurance by sampling during planning and execution as well as obtaining all necessary permits Identification of project risks, development and implementation of risk mitigation measures and independent escalation of deviations in security, budget, schedule or quality

Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering or a comparable discipline Many years of experience in the management of construction and Infrastructure projects, including budget and time responsibilities, as well as sound knowledge in the entire project and contract management (Group government processes) Practical experience with licensing procedures and public law as well as strong conflict and stakeholder management Representative leadership and moderation competence (e.g. steering committees), negotiation-proof appearance, enforcement capacity and analytical and commercial thinking (budget, cost and risk management) High self-responsibility, self-initiative, willingness to take responsibility, team and collaborative capacity as well as strong technical understanding
