Your tasks

Support: You accompany children and adolescents in everyday life – whether they are standing up, in leisure or in everyday challenges. You are there when you have questions – personal or educational – give orientation, strengthen your self-confidence and promote your individual development.

Document: Ob for help schedule talks or in everyday situations: You document professionally and carefully so that we as a team – and also external bodies – can follow the course of care and develop it together.

Team spirit: As a reliable person, you work closely with colleagues, families and institutions. Your team spirit, your communication strength and your openness are as important as your professional know-how.

**Ob early, late or somewhere in between – in the shift service, well-tuned schedules allow you to plan your working hours reliably.

Your profile

Qualifications:You have completed training as an educatorin (Heilpädagogin, Heilerziehungspfleger*in o.A.), could ideally gain professional experience in child and youth assistance and owns the license of Class B.
