You continue to design and develop the global process architecture for CO and define target images, structural principles and process cuts You are responsible for the technical design and assessment of the process landscape without binding to detail architectures and ensure sustainable structural impact across segments and locations You control and harmonize processes across the Group and decide on permissible deviations from global standards with governance sovereignty You take the strategic process responsibility in the S/4HANA transformation and meet professional decisions on standards, templates and solution alternatives in target conflicts You identify risks, target conflicts and dependencies at an early stage and develop decision options for top management with high impact range You conduct global project teams in a matrix organization across locations and areas, and you also tax external partners on the basis of results You meet budget-effective policy decisions in process design and prioritize initiatives with medium and long-term structural impact You develop global enablement and qualification concepts, act as a central decision-making centre for management and promote the sustainable innovation of the process landscape

You have a completed commercial or technical degree or a comparable qualification as well as more than five years of relevant professional experience You bring fluent English and German knowledge into word and writing You bring well-founded experience in FI/CO as well as comprehensive SAP or S/4HANA knowledge with You convince with pronounced communication and social competence in exchange with internal and external stakeholders of all hierarchical levels You have far-reaching skills in transferring specialist concepts to the SAP FI/CO module, such as cost and performance accounting, stock formation, balance sheet UKV, project controlling, and overhead controlling You bring a profound controlling and financial knowledge in Record to Report processes (technically & systemically) to validate technical concepts and to test them for implementation You bring experience in process acquisition, modeling and optimization, ideally in the Lean Management environment You have project management experience, especially in IT projects, as well as competence in dealing with conflict situations and show openness for new
