Processing and management of insurance contracts – these include contractual changes and the processing of performance cases. Telephone consulting and support of our customers and sales partners for all questions relating to life insurance. Supporting the sales partners in the creation and execution of the contract so that everything works smoothly. Working with exciting projects and special tasks, such as optimizing processes or introducing new workflows. Introducing and training new employees and support in the training of junior staff to pass on our know-how

You have completed training to/from the merchant for insurance and finance, which is absolutely necessary for this position. You have professional experience in life insurance and customer service and can provide your expertise in a targeted manner. You are communicative, team-ready and service-oriented – dealing with people will give you pleasure. You work flexibly, reliably and responsibly and keep an overview even in challenging situations.
