Advisors to EAP (m/f/d)

You advise different people of different hierarchical levels from cross-industry companies in psychosocial topics (on site with the customer, in our health center or by phone) You carry out workshops as part of the competence development, lectures and moderate groups You work with a predefined product portfolio and support in individual cases in concept development You support our sales through your specialist expertise and keep product presentations as needed You work in regular exchange with colleagues and profit from our nationwide well-established internal network

You have completed a degree in psychology, pedagogy or a comparable degree course and completed a systemic consultant training You are experienced in dealing with crises and has a pronounced sense of emotional processes You have an understanding of organizations in companies with different hierarchy levels You are a moderator or have ideally completed a mediation training You work self-organized, you can work well into existing concepts and act economically efficiently You like to network actively, in the sense of a system provider You like to travel regionally and ideally own your own car You offer our customers best advice and move other people to self-care
