Number: MER0003W4H As a company-internal lean consultation, we accompany the production and planning areas of Mercedes-Benz Cars during the introduction and further development of the Mercedes-Benz production system (MPS). Our MPS experts are partners of top management in the rebuilding of international works as well as in the optimization of established works. Our team is responsible for two key topics: One focus is the support of workshops in the context of change measures. The second focus is strategic projects, which are implemented and implemented in all plants worldwide together with the top management. Good ideas do not fall from heaven - You are always the result of a creative process and a lot of work. That's why we need backup in our team. You work at this internship at the interface of project management, organisational development and the rollout of a digital performance management system. Accordingly, your tasks are wide and varied. These are your tasks: Common ideas development of concepts for management workshops (presence and digital)

Support for overall management of management projects

Creation of presentations for top management (German and English)

Coordination of interdepartmental topics and independent coordination/control

Cross-level cooperation with masters etc

Implementation and independent evaluation of interviews

Working with the content and methodological development of Lean concepts in the international and intercultural context

Accompanying the team in the change process as part of exams

Maintenance and configuration of key-number dashboards as part of the introduction of a digital monthly shopfloor management

The activity can begin from March 2026.

Degree course Economics, Industrial Engineering, Economic Psychology or comparable degree programs, preferably with lean management content

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS Office, especially very good knowledge in PowerPoint
