Number: MER0003W4H As a company-internal lean consultation, we accompany the production and planning areas of Mercedes-Benz Cars during the introduction and further development of the Mercedes-Benz production system (MPS). Our MPS experts are partners of top management in the rebuilding of international works as well as in the optimization of established works. Our team is responsible for two key topics: One focus is the support of workshops in the context of change measures.
