Engineer or Architect for Federal Construction (m/f/d)

You actively control construction projects in the areas of action of the project management according to AHO Issue 9 in project management and project management function You coordinate different construction measures with regard to interfaces You are responsible for controlling (termines, costs, qualities, resources), data management and reporting to manage the construction projects You are responsible for compliance with internal and external requirements (records, orders, standards) You coordinate and conduct internal and external consultations with engineering offices and executive companies as well as the BLB headquarters, OFD NRW and other parties

You have a successfully completed degree (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) in the field of architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable engineering discipline. Further requirements: You have at least three years of professional experience in the construction and real estate industry In addition to your high motivation, flexibility and orientation, you also have a strong linguistic competence Ideally, you have additional professional qualifications in the field of project management (DVP or the like) Ideally, you bring both qualified knowledge in the handling of project communication systems and in the field of construction-relevant legislation (HOAI, VOB, VgV, AHO) with Your profile is rounded off by first knowledge and experience in building information modeling (BIM) – (requestable) You bring with them certain knowledge of German, which correspond at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing) and possess the ability and willingness to guide a service-fz You have the readiness to verify the safety of the ‘Ü1 to Ü3’ under the safety review law NRW

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee from the E11 Group to the E13 TV‐L (approximately € 60,000 – approx. € 84,300,00 per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions) is possible for employees. A status-like takeover of beamed applicants is possible up to an office of grade A 12 LBesO A.
