(Senior) Manager EHS (m/f/d)

You take over the leadership of a team both in a disciplined and professional manner and develop your employees in a targeted manner. With your know-how you control the EHS divisions incl. Management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001), occupational safety, health, fire protection and the environment. You actively promote how global and regional Tesla EHS standards, processes and reporting tools are implemented and continually improved. Based on your analysis of incidents, audits and key figures, you are taking steps to ensure their sustainable implementation at several locations. As a central interface to authorities and internally, you ensure compliance with all legal requirements, answer budgets and act as a leading specialist for occupational safety.

You bring a completed study or a comparable qualification and have several years of experience in the EHS environment, ideally complemented by training as a security specialist. Thanks to your structured and detailed way of working, you can also make informed and quick decisions under time pressure. Your very good knowledge of German and English allows you to securely communicate with internal and external stakeholders. With your pronounced organizational strength and your conceptual skills, you always keep in mind complex topics. You are convinced by team skills, a cooperative leadership style, implementation strength and readiness to travel in Germany and abroad.
