Your tasks:

• Support of the sales team in the support of new and new Stock customers
• Creation and tracking of offers
• Coordination and maintenance of customer contacts and appointments
• Preparation of sales documents and reports
• Maintenance of customer and order data in the CRM system
• Interface between external service, customers and internal Departments
• Working with marketing and trade fair preparations

Your profile - You bring with:

• Commercial training, e.g. in the field Office communications, sales and wholesale trade
• First experience in customer support or in Internal sales service desirable
• Secure handling of MS-Office – ideally knowledge in a CRM or ERP system
• For a smooth run in everyday office: very good German knowledge (orally and in writing) English knowledge
• Communication strength, organizational talent and an independent Procedure
• Team spirit and joy in contact with customers
