LEAN Trainer & Consultant (m/w/d) - Become our expert for change

You are thrilled by Lean and want to improve processes, impart knowledge and empower people? Then you are right with us! As LEAN Trainer & Consultant (m/w/d), you bring fresh wind into our projects and help teams to improve their working methods in a sustainable manner. Your tasks in detail: You develop and carry out exciting Lean trainings – directly on site, on our construction sites or even internationally. In doing so, you create content that really hangs and continuously improve our existing trainings. You are the Sparring partner for our colleagues – whether executives or employees. With your know-how, you coach and support them in the implementation of lean methods and processes in the fields of administration, production (e.g. quarries, mixing plants, finished parts,...) and construction sites. You will find waste where others overlook it, and optimate processes to increase effectiveness and efficiency sustainably. You help anchor Lean principles firmly in the organization. Whether team workshops or problem-solving rounds – you moderate with passion, promote creativity and help teams find the best solutions.

You have a degree, education or experience in lean management, process optimization, engineering, economics, production or similar fields. Lean is your passion – you know the methods, tools and processes like your western pocket. You have experience in implementing lean projects – whether in construction, production, service or administration. Knowledge transfer is in your blood – ideally, you can even experience adult education. Whether flipchart, pin wall or digital tools – you are fit in work with analogue and digital media. You can moderate, coach and inspire. Teams appreciate your structured approach and your targeted way of working. You have the desire to actively shape change and to take new paths. You speak German and English fluently so you can support teams both nationally and internationally. You bring travel willingness, because some projects also lead you abroad.
