For an internationally active company from the manufacturing industry, we are looking for a dedicated IT system administrator (m/w/d) at the Wuppertal site. If you have a passion for IT and like to work in a dynamic environment, this place could be just the right thing for you.

You are the first contact person for all IT support and service requests and process these You are responsible for managing clients, software and user access You serve users both on site and remotely and support them in questions about end devices and applications You actively participate in IT projects and support the implementation of digitalization measures You take over the 1st and 2nd level support and train the end users as needed

You have a successfully completed IT training or study You have well-founded knowledge of Microsoft Windows Clients administration and have experience in Troubleshooting Ideally you know yourself with ABAS You are safe in the application of the ITIL Framework and are familiar with IT security standards An independent, solution-oriented method of working as well as very good knowledge of German and English
