To strengthen our team of universities Fresenius in Wiesbaden, we are looking for a full-time of 40 hours per week at 01.10.2026: Praktikant (m/w/d).

semester, hours and room planning for full-time, professional and dual courses at the Wiesbaden site Coordination and control of the entire planning process in close coordination with course management, Dean of studies: Care of teachers, including contract creation, fees and support in settlements Care and management of teaching business data in the relevant university and planning systems Organisation and coordination of elective modules, focal points as well as secondary and supplementary subjects Implementation of space and appointment bookings for teaching Organisational support for the course management and participation in a smooth study operation Creation and maintenance of subscriber lists as well as lecture overviews Participation in the continuous development and optimization of processes and digital processes in the teaching organization

Successfully completed commercial training, a study or a comparable qualification Professional experience in the administrative, organizational or high school environment A structured and careful way of working Safe handling of MS Office and digital management systems High communication and service orientation in dealing with students, teachers and internal interfaces Ability to coordinate complex planning processes and set priorities Self-conscient, responsible and solution-oriented working Teamability, flexibility and professional appearance
