As Migration Lead Data Migration (f/m/d), you take a key role in the successful implementation of our migration projects. You coordinate all activities along the entire project lifecycle and ensure that internal teams, external partners and customers work together optimally to achieve first-class results. Your role - sensual & valuable Responsibility for coordinating and managing all activities in migration projects, focusing on timetables, quality and budgets Central contact (w/m/d) for internal teams, external partners and customers to ensure close cooperation and clear alignment Development of migration strategies and plans, including resource planning and risk management, to ensure smooth operations Functional leadership and support of internal and external teams, with clear definition of roles and responsibilities Communication with stakeholders through regular updates on project progress, challenges and solutions Ensuring compliance with best practices, tools and methods in the field of data migration, in particular in the context of the Migration Factory Promoting continuous improvements by analyzing completed projects and implementing optimizations in processes

Your profile - authentic & target-oriented Proven experience in the management and successful implementation of complex data migration projects Designed skills in coordination and coordination of cross-functional teams, including internal and external partners Knowledge about data migration tools and methods, such as eTL technologies or Migration Factory Frameworks Excellent organizational and communicative skills to integrate different stakeholders and keep projects on track Proactive operation with a strong sense of responsibility for the success of the projects Flowing German and English skills Willingness to travel across Europe to support project implementation (about 1-2 service trips per month)
