Consultant Strategy and Corporate Development – Part-time (m/f/d)

Working with central initiatives within the framework of the corporate strategy – from analysis and structuring to coordination of work packages Conducting structured market research and company analyses and deriving strategic implications Identification of relevant start-ups in coordination with internal departments and venture capital funds with focus on business development Support along the M&A process: M&A strategy, target screening, due diligence, negotiations and post‐Merger integration

Complete university studies in economic, natural or engineering Multiannual professional experience in corporate consulting, corporate development, strategy, M&A or an analytical environment Experience in medical technology or the dental industry Embossed Analytical and Conceptual Skills – Safe to Deal with Methods of Strategy Development and Implementation High competence in presentation and communication, in particular in the preparation of management and decision-making templates Team-oriented personality and joy in cross-functional cooperation Very good knowledge of German and English, written and oral
