Your tasks in the institution:

• They take care of the individual basic and treatment care of the inhabitants with heart and mind
• Each resident has individual needs, they recognize and align the activating daily design
• They document the care process around the resident (medicine assignment, care protocols etc.)
• With the team on site, you contribute a significant part to ensuring the quality of care
• You have an open ear for the residents and their relatives at any time

Take this with you:

• You have a completed vocational training as a examinated nursing professional, nursing and/or health care professional
• You are welcome to us with and without professional experience
• They are team players and possess empathy in dealing with the residents and colleagues
• They work independently, solution-oriented and like to laugh – we do too!
• You have the willingness to work in all layers, if not we find a solution
• You have a certain IT affinity
