Initially, you define the addresses of the buildings to be connected to the network and in exchange with the municipalities, with the aim of assigning a unique identification number for the further processing of the network connection processes. The data and documents submitted by the customer in connection with the production or modification of network connections of the electricity, gas and water divisions are checked for completeness. You can search for co-supply buildings, check engineering centers, counter assignments and bypasses and explain missing network connection assignments using CRM system, SAP and GIS. When processing partial tasks along the process chain from customer request to the production or modification of a standard network connection, we rely on your know-how. Ensuring a high telephone access rate by participating in the ACD system, in particular also taking specialist questions from the network service, complete your task area.
