As a military training expert, you are the central contact person for all topics related to training, training and qualification of our national and international customers. You accompany the entire training process - from the analysis of training needs and the development of tailor-made training concepts to the implementation of training courses, workshops and consulting services. You work closely with customers, product managers, project teams and technical experts and ensure that training content is optimally adapted to the operational requirements. You move across the fields of maritime tactics, ship management and ship operating technology. With your professional know-how, you contribute to continuously developing modern training and training solutions and to support our customers in the successful qualification of their staff. In doing so, you combine operational requirements, didactic concepts and modern simulation technologies for holistic training approaches. Your tasks: Analysis of training and qualification requirements and development of tailor-made training strategies for national and international customer projects Conception and continuous optimization of modern training and learning formats (digital and on site) Implementation of workshops, training and consulting for customers, project teams and executives on training, personnel and organisational development measures Creation, preparation and quality assurance of training documents and support in the development of digital learning content Selection, control and qualification of internal and external trainers and training partners Ensuring training quality, effectiveness, customer satisfaction through evaluations, feedback analyses and continuous improvement measures Participation in offerings, product developments and international training standards as well as active observation of new technologies and learning trends

A completed training comparable to a master, technician or bachelor's degree, military training, training concepts, training doctrines and the preparation of training/training plans as well as training documents Practical knowledge of maritime training Very good consulting and method skills as well as presentation and moderation strength Educational sense and the ability to easily, practicefully and patiently communicate complex content. Good English knowledge of word and writing Intercultural competencies and experiences, e.g. from experience of use, desirable Good personal time and process management as well as a high level of readiness and self-initiative Structured working, team spirit and sense of responsibility Worldwide readiness for service
