Team Leader Help Center Center (m/f/d)

As a team leader (w/m/d) of the ADAC Help Center, you are responsible for the daily organization of the assistance services. You take responsibility for a team of around 20 employees and perform this with a deep understanding of the tasks and challenges of the MRP. In the day-to-day operating business, you make informed decisions and control the IT systems and MRP processes. Leadership and support: Discipline and professionally accompany a team of exponentials (w/m/d), Dispo supporters (w/m/d) and Calltakern (w/m/d). Together, make sure that the 24-hour assistance service is guaranteed and the strategic objectives of ADAC Pannenhilfe are achieved. In doing so, you will bring your know-how in a targeted manner, are the first respondent to your team's concerns and constantly develop it. Plan and organize: You plan your team's personnel deployment and adapt it flexibly to current daily situations. Keep in mind the service quality and efficiency. Ensure and develop quality: You analyze processes, develop suggestions for improvement and implement measures to ensure that our members receive the best service. In addition, your team will accompany you in the introduction of new IT systems, services and new work processes. Collaborations and representations: You work closely with team and field management as well as external partners such as towing services. In case of absences, you are represented by other team members of the Help Center and actively engage in projects and special tasks.

Leadership with heart: You have first experiences in managing a team – ideally in the service or service environment – or are willing to take responsibility. Others meet at eye level and promote an esteeming coexistence. Conflicts speak and contribute to a constructive solution. Technical foundation: A completed commercial training or a study with a focus on personnel or business management will help you. With its high digital competence, you quickly work into new software applications. Organizational talent: You work structured, think ahead and keep an overview in different situations.
