W/M/D LEAN MANAGEMENT Location: Ulm Start: from now on Identification of waste and support at Lean-Workshops Application of Lean Tools (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Analysis) Generation and maintenance of standard documents Creation of Templates for Visual Management Preparation of presentations and training documents Creation of internal process descriptions and process representations Working with layout optimizations, material delivery concepts and ergonomic improvements Own takeover of small subprojects Data analysis and reporting

Immatriculated student*in the field of engineering, electrical engineering, vehicle engineering, mechanical engineering or a similar course Basic knowledge of Lean Management First experience in data analysis and data processing Safe handling of MS Office, ideally knowledge of Power BI Basic understanding of quality management/ISO of advantage Experience in visualization tools and image processing Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Analytical thinking and problem solving skills High self-initiative and independent working Teamability and Communication Strength
