Support in the planning, organisation and execution of events and fairs Preparation, picking and care of event materials, giveaways and exhibition equipment Coordination and coordination with internal departments and external service providers Support for administrative activities such as appointments, documentation and follow-up Working with the creation and updating of presentations, evaluations and event documents Support in everyday office, e.g. in logistics or ordering processes On-site use in the office for material handling, shipping preparation and voting

Registered:r Student:in (m/w/d) – ideally related to marketing, communication or event management High organizational skills and structured working Joy of planning, coordination and practical activities Reliability, initiative and team orientation Secure handling of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) Very good German and good English skills Willingness to work exclusively on site in the office, sticks on the cold market (no remote possible) Flexibility and availability depending on event phases (e.g. increased support before fairs)
