Junior Project Manager (m/w/d) Reference number: 409330 In this position, you actively support the planning, control and implementation of projects in the field of industrial services (e.g. maintenance, maintenance, repair and technical cleaning of production facilities). Your duties and responsibilities Project Management & Control: Support for the execution of projects – from the tender phase to the successful final acceptance by the customer Offer and sales support: participation in the creation and costing of offers and technical clarification of customer requirements Project planning: Creation and maintenance of project plans, schedules and resource overviews Coordination & Communication: Coordination between internal departments such as procurement, production and technology and close cooperation with customers Documentation & Reporting: Creation and maintenance of project-relevant documents and regular reporting to project management and management Project controlling: Support for monitoring dates, costs, quality and performance progress Calls for tenders & product management: cooperation in tendering and support for adjacent areas in project-related topics Contract Management: Participation in Contract, Contract and Claim Management and Customer Relations Care

Complete technical studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, etc.) or comparable technical training with further education First practical experience in the project environment or in industry Interest in combining technical and commercial tasks Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Communication strength and joy in cooperation with different interfaces Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Good German knowledge of word and writing, English knowledge of advantage
