On board the ships, 136 positions are directly supervised by TUI Cruises GmbH. For the brand Mein Schiff®, a fleet of seven ships travels. Since the end of 2020, Hapag-Lloyd Cruises has also been part of TUI Cruises GmbH with a fleet of currently five ships. The Mein Schiff® fleet offers up-to-date holiday trips on sea in the premium segment (My Schiff 1 to My Schiff 7). As IT Operations Manager Fleet you control the infrastructure IT operation of the ships as well as the external service providers responsible for the operation in the area of client server and VMWare and WLAN infrastructure systems on board the ships You bring knowledge in the areas of client support, server, network and service provider control In the team, you monitor and coordinate the operating processes and external service providers to ensure a stable, secure and efficient operation You have the expertise in providing technical standards for IT server architectures in the field of ship operations or hotel (e.g. change and lifecycle management process) You question the operation and security of current IT services, give ideas and incentives for further development and implement optimization measures together with other disciplines (e.g. project management, external partners) As a central interface for incidents and service requests, you take the coordination and planning up to the implementation of a sustainable solution

You have several years of professional experience in infrastructure and client management, MDM and automated software and patch distribution You bring first knowledge in ITIL and in the provider control (especially in the multi-provider environment) First experience in the area of cruise/ship operations/hotels are of advantage A strong communication capability, an appreciation of colleagues and an independent and targeted, committed way of working is of course for you. You speak German and English Local missions are not a problem for you
