Junior Manager Corporate Social Responsibility (m/f/d)

You participate in the further development and implementation of our sustainability strategy and have a special look at our climate and resources field You are actively working on key projects such as the creation of our THG balance and climate strategy, developing climate targets and implementing suitable measures that you are implementing with the team You will help shape our ESG reporting and manage the associated data management You support the implementation, maintenance and further development of our company-wide environmental and sustainability standards, including in the context of legal disaster monitoring You coordinate the data collection for sustainability ratings such as EcoVadis and ensure their successful implementation In the CSR team, you play a central role in the introduction of an environmental management system – from building and care to further development to the design of internal processes

You have successfully completed a degree in environmental sciences, sustainability management or a similar sustainability-related subject or comparable training You bring sound knowledge in the field of sustainability, in particular on environmental issues Ideally, you have first experiences in carbon footprint, the GHG protocol, climate protection concepts, sustainability reporting or environmental management First practical experience in project management or internal communication – like sustainability – is a plus You work independently, take responsibility and convince with creativity, solution orientation and reliability You can communicate clearly and gladly and work motivated with different actors: You have a high data and Excel affinity, think analytically and conceptually and work structured You have very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing
