Further development and maintenance of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) incl. Directives and standards Implementation of risk analyses and derivation of appropriate controls and measures Ensuring regulatory requirements (DORA, GDPR, MaRisk, EU AI Act) Monitoring data protection issues related to the development and use of AI technology together with the external data protection officer Advising the Management Board and the Departments on Security and Compliance Planning and implementation of Awareness measures and training

Completed studies in computer science, economic informatics or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in information security and implementation of standards (ISO/IEC 27001, BSIGrundschutz) Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance Ideally first experience in Business Continuity Management Ability to control complex projects and external partners Structured, proactive operation and sovereign occurrence Communication strength and negotiation skills Very good German knowledge in word and writing, English knowledge of advantage
