Product Owner SWIFT (m/f/d)

As Product Owner (m/w/d), you are contacting your agile team for both our internal and external stakeholders for technical questions about Swift. You are responsible for the further development and migration of our Swift platform into the cloud and for technical production. Our six-headed, agile product team works across locations at Eschborn (Frankfurt), Düsseldorf and Budapest with a mix of Kanban and Scrum with Sprint Board. You can look forward to: Migration & further development: You are responsible for the further development of our two Swift platforms, which are currently being operated hybridly on the mainframe, decentralized and in the cloud – by the end of the year everything is to run on microservices. Agile Ownership: Even after migration, you enter the SWIFT platforms with your Product Team according to the motto “you built it, you run it”. To do this, you professionally control your agile team, work closely with the team and the Scrum Master and prioritize the Product Backlog. Interface management: With your team, you implement both external market requirements and internal requirements of our departments and customers. For this, you are in direct exchange with various stakeholders. Communication with external partners: You communicate with various external partners such as the Service Bureau, via which we are connected with several SWIFT services.

You have well-founded, multi-year practical knowledge in SWIFT and SWIFT tools/platforms such as ESMIG, MyStandards and swift.com and have very good knowledge about processes in the securities transaction and settlement. You have already managed cross-functional, agile teams in the finance environment professionally (ideally across the location), know how to motivate your team and have experiences with agile tools and methods (SCRUM, KanBan). You enjoy changes, live cooperation at eye level, always keep an overview in the change process as well as a cool head and actively drive knowledge transfer ahead. You speak German (C1) and fluent English (at least B2).
