As OT Security Manager (m/w/d), you take a key role in protecting our industrial control and automation systems. You develop security strategies, implement them and ensure their sustainable anchoring in the company:

Your tasks

• Development and implementation of OT security strategies in close coordination with IT security and industrial areas
• Ensuring compliance with OT security standards (e.g. IEC 62443, ISO 27001) in projects and operations
• Control of OT security projects: from requirement analysis to planning to implementation
• Coordination of external service providers in the field of OT Security and contract negotiations with security
• Definition and operation of security processes, roles and responsibilities in the OT environment
• Implementation of risk analyses and safety assessments for OT systems and infrastructures
• Creation and maintenance of safety-relevant documentation, guidelines and reports

Your profile

• Complete study in the field of IT, automation technology, engineering or comparable qualification
• Multiannual experience in OT/IT security, ideally in industrial environments
• Knowledge of safety standards and frameworks (e.g. IEC 62443, NIST, IEC 61131, IEC 61158 and IEC 61784, IEC 61511 and IEC 62061)
• Experience in project management and cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
• Analytical thinking, structured working and high communication strength
• Very good knowledge of German and English
