F&B Coordinator - Kimpton Main Frankfurt

As F&B Coordinator (m/w/d) at Kimpton Hotel Frankfurt, you are the central interface between administration and operation. You make sure that everything goes around in the background so that our teams can shine at the guest. Your tasks: Administrative support: support of the R&B Director and the outlet managers in the daily business as well as in the schedule and menu design.

Interface management: coordination between the kitchen, service and the event area for a smooth flow of information.

Guest management: management of complex reservation requests, coordination of group bookings and care of the guest database.

Ordering & inventory: Support in purchasing, warehouse management and control of R&B key figures.

Event support: participation in the planning and administrative preparation of internal events and culinary marketing activities.

Your profile: Experience: Complete training in hotel and gastronomy as well as first experience in an administrative or co-ordinative role in the R&B sector.

Organizational institution: You also keep an overview in stressful phases and work structured and solution-oriented.

IT-Affinity: Secure handling of MS Office as well as knowledge in reservation and cash systems.

Communication strength: flowing German and English knowledge; you communicate professionally with colleagues, suppliers and guests.

Passion: You love the Food & Beverage world and have the drive to constantly improve processes.
