Product Owner Credit Decision and Outpayment (m/f/d)

For our IT Directorate we are looking for one or more Product Owner (m/w/d) Credit Decision and Outpayment

As a Product Owner, you will take care of the further development of applications in the areas of Credit Decision (credit decision) & Outpayment. The credit decision area is responsible for the credit assessment and the credit decision. This includes the examination of financing applications for leasing and vehicle financing and the analysis of the credit quality of private and commercial customers. The payment area is the step after the credit decision and is based on the requested documents. The disbursement is made by means of already approved financing. You coordinate and control the associated team of business analysts, developers and testers, including external service providers You develop product strategies and roadmaps in cooperation with all stakeholders (fields, project management, architecture, security, etc.) End-to-End is responsible for the defined domain in the sense of further development (Change), prioritization, release planning and support of the operation (Run) as part of projects In Requirements Engineering, you can handle the technical requirements together with project management and support from business analysis to implementation You're puggling the Backlog product, planning the sprinting cycles and clearing out impediments (paved delivery, unclear agreements, unforeseen changes, etc.) You ensure the implementation of compliance and IT security requirements within the product You plan the capacity and cost planning of the domain in cooperation with the demand/portfolio management and cost control with the project controlling

You have successfully completed a degree in business informatics or a comparable degree program. You have relevant experience as a product owner – ideally in the topic to be answered – as well as knowledge of the financial services industry. Conceptual strength, creativity and innovative strength are just as impressive as an agile mindset and practical experience in an agile working environment. Your work is structured and independent. At the same time, you convince with pronounced analytical thinking and a high sense of quality and responsibility. You communicate safely and convincingly, work in the team and bring entrepreneurial thinking and action. A pronounced solution and service orientation as well as enforcement capability complete your profile. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
