You work with residents: those who depend on comprehensive care – from basic care to special wound care. We pay close attention to team work, sequence structure and realistic break regulations. You support stationary care facilities for contiguous periods throughout Germany and are suitable for multi-week or multi-month use.

• In everyday stationary, you take the interface to medical and therapeutic services — you communicate professionally and support a well-tuned supply chain. • You coordinate nursing processes in stationary everyday life, keep measures and responsibilities together and make a clear implementation in the team. • Your ability to observe helps to identify risks, resources and current developments at an early stage and to classify them in a clear and practical manner. • You bring observations and nursing assessments into the care planning in a targeted manner, thereby supporting a care that remains oriented to needs and progress.
