Type of employment: Full or part-time possible The real estate controller (m/w/d) is responsible for the operational performance-oriented controlling of the Real Estate Portfolio. It supports asset management with structured reports on individual assets and executives with meaningful reporting on partial portfolios. Development and regular creation of a performance-oriented, structured, meaningful reporting with control-relevant key figures for internal and external stakeholders Implementation of the ongoing object and portfolio control including Analysis / Monitoring of Asset Performance (relevant KPIs) as well as preparation of deviation analyses and derivation of action recommendations Contact person and support of the BisonBox (in particular data quality management and further development) as a central reporting tool in the asset management of UniCredit Invest Alternatives GmbH Takeover of the control of the budget process by means of the BisonBox Working with the control of external property management and taking over data quality management for the supplied data Central contact for asset and portfolio managers, reviewers Portfolio data

Successfully completed real estate / business studies/training Multiannual professional experience, preferably in the field of controlling a property company Real Estate Asset Management Speciality High IT affinity, very good knowledge of BISON Box or comparable software products preferred Very good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel and PowerPoint Good English skills Safe appearance and very good communication skills Entrepreneurial and analytical thinking and independent work
