You control and conduct complex insurance transformation projects independently. You take over the overall responsibility for projects at the interface of Business & IT, in particular in the areas of optimization, digitalization and transformation. You develop our consulting portfolio strategically and focus on innovative topics such as Customer Experience, Omnichannel Sales, Claims Management, AI, Core Platforms, Account Management or Digital Finance. You win and engage customers through targeted sales activities and the active design of alerts, pitches and other sales measures, while you effectively use and expand your network. You develop and implement individual consulting strategies to specifically position our services.

You bring multi-year professional experience as a consultant:in a management consultancy, insurance, an InsurTech or an insurance-related start-up. You have detectable experience in managing complex projects with classic and agile methods as well as in controlling interdisciplinary teams. You have sound expertise in the fields of insurance transformation, digitalization strategies and technology-based business models. You have a strong sales and business development minimum set with proven experience in the processing of alerts and pitches and have an existing network in the insurance industry that you are willing to further expand. You have a successfully completed university degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification. You speak German and English and you are ready to travel within the DACH region to serve your customers personally.
