The site is the West branch, based in Wiesbaden. Complete studies (FH Diploma/Bachelor) of the Department of Supply Technology / Technical Building Equipment or Comparative Qualification Knowledge of HOAI and building regulations (HBO, TprüfVO, generally accepted rule of technology) and ideally knowledge of public procurement and contract law (VOB) Multiannual relevant practical experience in the operation of technical building facilities, in the repair of TGA services with writing procedures and ideally planning and construction management experience Communication capability, negotiation security, enforcement capacity and organisational skills commitment, ownership, customer orientation and a strong team spirit Very good MS Office knowledge and ideally basic knowledge in SAP, a CAD and AVA program Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Class B driving licence and standby for occasional service journeys (Pool vehicle) within the jurisdiction of the branch
