In order to strengthen our team in the area of payroll accounting, we are looking for a team management billing (m|w|d) at the Pfullendorf site as soon as possible.

Professional and disciplinary responsibility for the assigned team Ensuring the proper pay bill for around 2,500 employees Strategic development of the department and resource planning Ensuring compliance with legal, tariff and internal requirements Cooperation with internal interfaces and external partners and authorities. Responsibility for the further development of billing systems and digital tools Preparation and monitoring of internal and external audits and audits Creation and maintenance of guidelines, work instructions and documentation Monitoring and reporting of KPIs for control and quality assurance

Completed commercial training or comparable study At least five years of experience in the implementation of wage and salary bills, in particular in the field of hourly wage billing Multiannual experience in the leadership of employees Safe handling of SAP, experience with ATOSS of advantage Very good knowledge of tax and social security law Team skills, communication strength, organizational skills and a high degree of discretion
