As an instructor (m/w/d) you are responsible for the professional training in the professions Mechatronic (m/w/d) and Electronics for Business Engineering (m/w/d) as well as in the joint training of the industrial mechanic (m/w/d) You develop individual training plans, structure practical learning units and provide safe handling of technical materials, machines and modern manufacturing processes In practical training sessions, you pass on your knowledge and promote the technical and craft skills of our trainees. You accompany the personal, social and professional development of young people through regular feedback talks and individual promotion The close exchange with vocational schools, the IHK, specialist departments and external partners is part of your everyday life as well as the participation in projects, events and trade fairs Together with the HR department, you will shape the path of new talents from speech to start by actively introducing yourself into training marketing, recruiting and onboarding. You prepare trainees in a targeted and practical way for interim and final examinations As the first respondent, you represent the training in the inside and outside - engaged, competent and with model You work with future projects and are open to new technologies

You have completed technical training, ideally in the fields of mechatronics, or operating electronics as well as a further training to the technician (m/w/d) or industrial master (m/w/d) supplemented by a successfully completed AEVO test Ideally, you already have experience in a comparable position with Access to trainees is easy for you to meet them at eye level and with real interest You convince us with your empathic nature and pronounced communication skills First leadership experience is of advantage, but no need - more importantly, your willingness to take responsibility and develop further You work structured, predictively and keep an overview even in dynamic situations Education is more than a job for you, because you burn for the topic and want to promote young people sustainably You show willingness to participate in evening events, for example in trade fairs or school cooperation Class B driving licence is required
