For our Children's Day Centre Ferdinand-Lassalle-Straße in Bremerhaven we are looking for a dedicated educator (w/m/d) in parttime (30 weekdays). In an esteeming and collegial environment, it is possible to individually accompany children in their development, to promote their strengths and to actively shape everyday life.

• Accompanying children in elementary education, care and education – in a safe and stimulating learning environment
• Planning, implementation and reflection of educational offers based on the educational plan (0–10 years)
• Sensitive observation and valuable documentation of child development
• Trustful cooperation in the team as well as a partnership exchange with parents and stakeholders
• Active participation and further development of our educational concept in an open concept

We wish:

• A completed training as a state-approved educator (w/m/d)
• An appreciative, sensitive handling of nursery and kindergarten children
• Ideally experience in working with parents and guardians
• Pleasure of constructive teamwork and an open, collegial co-operation
• The ability to work independently and responsibly
