Your tasks: • Creation of monthly wage and salary accounts for national and international locations • Calculation and reporting of social security contributions and wage tax • Communication with health insurance, public authorities and social security institutions • Support in the coordination of accounting accounts in the area of wage and salary accounting • Contact person for employees for billing-related requests • Acquisition of other administrative tasks related to payment accounting

Your qualifications: • Completed training as a tax specialist or a personal economic study, ideally supplemented by a further training to/from the tax specialist or personnel specialist with a focus on billing • Knowledge of social security and pay tax law • Professional experience in pay billing, experience with the accounting software LODAS from DATEV • Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel • Team-oriented operation and flexibility in changing tasks • Quality-conscious, service-oriented working style with high self-initiative • High readiness and independent working
