Contract Manager (Business Lawyer)

Maintaining, developing, standardizing and providing our contractual patterns and controlling their targeted application Advise the specialist departments when creating and adapting contracts and their examination with regard to legal and economic criteria Developing new contractual standards and answering legal questions – independent or in cooperation with our Corporate Legal Department Expansion of existing workflow and archiving structures Adminiscent and optimise our digital signature processes with DocuSign eSignature Participation in projects in the contractual environment, for example in the perspective introduction of a contract management system Identify legal and organisational challenges and develop practical solutions to continuously optimize contract processes

A completed study with legal or commercial background (e.g. business lawyer) or a comparable qualification Knowledge of contract law and contract design as well as a strong understanding of economic relationships Professional experience in contract management or legal management Structured, careful and responsible functioning and a high degree of self-initiative Analytical thinking and a solution-oriented and targeted approach Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience using digital tools in contract or document management. The practical experience in the operation of signature processes with DocuSign eSignature is particularly desirable. Very good communication skills, team spirit and a pragmatic “hands-on mentality”
