Support of the team members (m/w/d) in project management in all project stages and areas of action according to AHO Creation and maintenance of project-specific organizational requirements (project manual) Own-responsibility audit Creation and maintenance of schedules (frame schedule, LV appointment plan, construction schedule) Examination of performance directories Participation and documentation of meetings and construction sites Creation of tender documents

Current studies in the field of civil engineering, construction management, technical fields of technology. Building equipment, energy or electrical engineering or architecture or Economic engineering with corresponding orientation in Bachelor or Master's degree Optimally already relevant professional experience in a work-studierende activity or through internships, e.g. also in project management or in construction management, planning etc. Extraordinary self-motivation, hand-on mentality and a very high level of readiness Strong communication and contact skills as well as excellent knowledge of German Proactive and independent operation
