Expert in IT product support with a focus on ITSM (m/f/d)

As part of our team, you work on the design, implementation and continuous optimization of our technical ITSM platform Matrix42 as well as the automation of the corresponding IT processes. You seamlessly integrate Matrix42 into existing IT infrastructures and systems and support troubleshooting, performance optimization and updating. This includes the administration of the operating system, editing points and scripts for and in the context of the ITSM platform. In addition, your task includes customizing the Matrix42 platform by raising and implementing individual requirements. You support our IT employees in troubleshooting and problem solving when working with the ITSM platform. In order to continuously improve the effective and smooth use of the ITSM platform, you also conduct training and workshops for employees. In addition, you are responsible for the quality assurance of the technical documentation. You develop and maintain service documentation, including instructions and manuals, and ensure that these are consistent, accurate and up-to-date. Quality audits and audits are also your tasks to ensure compliance with corporate standards and guidelines. We work mobile and flexible. However, on occasions on the service/workplace, service trips may be obtained. Education: Completed university studies (University of Applied Sciences / Bachelor) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification. You have knowledge of the implementation of security measures for IT systems and the development, maintenance and quality assurance of technical documentation. Certifications according to ITIL or CobIT as well as Matrix42 certifications or similar are advantageous, but not condition. You will also have knowledge of IT law, IT compliance, data protection and information security and in technical English.
