Large-scale project manager onshore pipeline and route construction (gas / hydrogen / electricity) (m/f/d)

At Drees & Sommer, you will direct challenging energy corridors and bring your experience into the implementation – from planning to the construction phase to successful commissioning. Head of large-scale projects in the field of onshore-guiding and tray construction (gas, hydrogen, electricity) Corporate responsibility for your projects (performance, resources, budget and result) Control of execution planning and procurement processes for open and closed construction processes Professional leadership of interdisciplinary project teams (up to 60 internal and 1,000 external project participants including external planners, engineering offices and contractors) Perception of the building function Ensuring project success variables (costs, dates, quality, work safety) with a clear focus on implementation Active presence in the execution and control of the construction processes at the construction site Use of modern technologies at the digital construction site, including the use of digital platforms, drones and AI-based analyses for progress control and quality assurance Consulting clients on strategic, organizational and technical issues in project execution Building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships and participation in the acquisition of new projects

Complete study of the field of civil engineering, geosciences, surveying, process engineering, environmental sciences, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable, alternatively a comparable qualification with adequate professional experience Long-term experience (at least 10 years) in the planning, control or realization of line-bound infrastructure projects, ideally in pipeline or power grid construction Detectable experience in managing large-scale projects and in managing large project teams Knowledge of open and closed construction processes and relevant regulations Experience in dealing with different contractual models (e.g. unit price, partnership models) Impressive strength, determination and entrepreneurial thinking Sovereign appearance and high communication skills in handling customers, authorities and stakeholders Ability to interdisciplinary cooperation and independent work Enforcement, target orientation and sense of responsibility Affinity for digital tools and innovative technologies in the building context Experience and interest in acquisition and market processing Willingness to project-related missions
