actively shape the planning of demanding construction projects for international customers from start to finish! You take over the coordination of the planning of turnkey commercial properties (in particular in the field of logistics) from basic determination to execution planning You are in close contact with our sales managers, builders, authorities, architects and engineering offices and ensure that all participants are in a single line and reach common goals You ensure the implementation of the contractual building block in the integral planning process on time, economic and in the highest quality You commission or conduct the design and execution planning themselves and create or coordinate the creation of construction applications

Successfully completed studies of architecture or civil engineering and completed further training as a technician (m/w/d) First professional experience in design, approval or execution planning of demanding projects in the performance phases 2–5 Safe handling of CAD software, ideally knowledge of the planning software Autodesk Revit Structured working and high engagement in communication and enforcement strength Joy of interdisciplinary cooperation and joint project success
