• Knowledge of maintenance, production
• Technically versed and technical understanding
• Self-functioning, shift readiness, reliability and team capability

Overview of your tasks

• Implementation of maintenance and repair measures
• Analysis of system reliability and implementation of optimization measures
• Planning and execution of maintenance work according to the standards of quality management (e.g. IATF)
• Implementation of analyses for the identification and elimination of disturbances in installations
• ensuring a smooth production process
• Planning, implementation, monitoring and documentation of system adaptations and installations in close cooperation with manufacturers
• Diagnostics and troubleshooting in plants
• Creation of necessary work and tools to support production
• Maintenance of machine data in the ERP system
• Participation in continuous improvement and process optimization
• Adjustment of maintenance and repair plans as required
