You are responsible for the inspection and calculation of all vehicle damages and assessments of motor vehicles (compulsory, casco reports, state reports and assessments in the areas of passenger cars, trucks, mobile machines and two-wheelers). You also perform video telephony in suitable damage cases and temporarily support Hagel major damage events across Germany You carry out the examination of the documents and are responsible for the examination of cost proposals and repair bills You regulate vehicle damage within the scope of the authorized bodies and provide appropriate damage to partner workshops You conduct solution-oriented negotiations with policyholders, claimants, workshops and lawyers.

You have a qualification as a master (m/w/d) and/or technician (m/w/d) from the automotive sector and are experienced in the evaluation and calculation of car accident damage You have the pleasure of communicating with customers and act at any time service- and customer-oriented You have already demonstrated your negotiating skills and organizational skills You are safe in transition with the usual costing software (DAT/Audatex) Your place of residence is ideally located in the Rhine-Main area and you have a valid class B driving licence and readiness to travel
