Consultant Division Manager - System Technology (m/f/d)

In the field of simulation & training, KNDS develops state-of-the-art training simulators for military land vehicles, which are used worldwide both for the initial training of soldiers and for the tactical training of units. These simulators are created in the agile environment using the latest software methods and technologies. In this position, you will support system technology in technical, strategic and organizational issues and make a significant contribution to the efficient management of the area. You prepare decision-making and reporting topics in a sound manner, analyse complex technical and economic circumstances and develop structured and resilient decision-making bases. You are actively involved in the development and implementation of strategies in business development and project planning. Presentations, management documents and decision templates create your own and addressable. The planning, organization and structured follow-up of meetings, reviews and steering circles is your responsibility. You support the cross-sector coordination of projects and interfaces in the national and group-wide environment and support the management of resources, technology projects and development programmes In addition, ensure a transparent information and communication structure, ensure compliance with group-wide processes and reporting obligations and represent the area management in selected bodies.

You have completed technical or economic studies, for example in industrial engineering, in computer science, electrical engineering, in mechanical engineering or in a comparable field. Multiannual professional experience in the defense, security or high-tech industry will bring you with you as well as a strong understanding of technical, economic and program related relationships. In the management of complex projects as well as in cross-departmental cooperation, you have already gained well-founded experience. Analytical thinkability, pronounced organizational talent and a high degree of discretion are what you distinguish. In dealing with internal and external stakeholders, you are confident and convincing. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing as well as a safe handling of MS Office and Jira/Confluence complete your profile.
