Project Manager Sports and Special Properties

The Department of Sports and Special Property realizes construction projects such as sports facilities and special places of integration: we create spaces where health, movement and cohesion are created. The projects are managed together with eight other colleagues in the building contract. In the role as project tax:in particular, you are responsible for the realization of sports and special properties. The following tasks are performed: Project management from the start: You control construction projects from phase 0 to handover – with overview, organizational talent and joy in good solutions. Communication as key: You coordinate cooperation with stakeholders, future beneficiaries, building operators and other stakeholders and keep all the threads in hand. You calculate, check and negotiate offers concerning the planning, construction, financing and operation of the property. Together with our internal specialist departments, you set up the necessary household documents and create the basis for reliable decisions. Planning in balance: You control the planning in all phases of performance – with a view to quality, costs and appointments until the successful handover. Impetus for the future: With creative and practical ideas, You contribute to the further development of Hamburg's sports and special properties and thus contribute to more movement, encounter and quality of life in Hamburg.

completed engineering studies (e.g. civil engineering, architecture) at least three years of professional experience in the realization of construction projects in larger planning or project management offices safe knowledge of building and procurement law and the law of architects and engineers (e.g. VOB, HOIA) and relevant technical regulations IT affinity and experience in handling relevant applications (e.g. Excel, MS Project, CAD, ideally databases) safe occurrence, negotiation skills, communication strength and team capacity
