Development and implementation of the SCM strategy for the RAUCH location Baruth in coordination with the management and group of companies Responsibility for all subsystems of the supply chain from procurement, work preparation and production planning to materials management and all warehouse and logistics processes – both internally and externally Control of the entire flow of goods from receipt of goods to delivery Responsibility of the entire contract and procurement management Analysis and optimization of SCM processes around our beverage production – focusing on efficiency, quality and sustainability Planning and management of investment projects Development of our technical and digital systems in the SCM sector Design of the employee-related organisation of the structure and process, taking into account operational requirements Compliance and consistent implementation of internal processes, work instructions and relevant standards Motivation and promotion of your employees and common objectives

Multiannual professional experience in a leading position in supply chain management with – ideally in the food or beverage industry Knowledge of processes and requirements of production processes Safe in production planning, disposition, warehouse logistics and purchasing and inventory management Analytical and conceptual thinking leadership competence, communication strength, enforcement ability and a high degree of reliability Experienced handling of ERP systems, preferably SAP German and very good English skills
