Complete technical training and further qualification, such as Master (m/w/d), technician (m/w/d) or comparable training. Multiannual professional experience in manufacturing, preferably in mechatronic assembly production. Experience in the professional leadership and further development of teams. Embossed affinity for IT systems and their application in manufacturing processes. Communication strength, enforcement capacity and self-initiative working.
