HSE Manager (m/f/d)

Our subsidiary Kanadevia Inova Biomethan GmbH develops and manufactures modular plant technology for biomethane production and/or CO2 extraction from biogenic gases such as biogas, sewage or landfill gas as well as flue gases. The company employs at the Zeven site in Lower Saxony between Hamburg and Bremen approx. 135 employees.

Your duties In this function you are contact persons for all HSE questions for our national companies and projects in the field of renewable gases. Their focus will be the maintenance and further development of the HSE management system at the Zeven site. To this end, you have the qualification of a 'safety worker' and ideally have several years of experience in the HSE management of construction sites and production facilities. This includes: As a HSE specialist or manager, you work with the Canadian Inova Group's multi-national HSE team to ensure ''HSE - Best Practices'' and the further development of HSE culture in our companies. Maintaining the Zevener HSE management system with regard to the requirements of Kanadevia Inova AG (Zurich) and driving the HSE certification activities You ensure that local legal HSE requirements are complied with and update the HSE register and statistics, including for each project and location The implementation of HSE audits, emergency exercises and accident investigations, including cause analysis, relevant improvement action plan and findings, are also part of your tasks. Regular visits on site/in the project to ensure compliance with HSE requirements and develop security awareness together with the managers and install them. necessary measures You develop work and process instructions as well as the resulting risk assessments (RAMS) and create project-related HSE and emergency plans The integration of subcontractors into the HSE management system is also part of your project-related tasks Your area of responsibility includes about 25% travel activities
