Developing future topics such as corporate strategy, cooperations/M&A, innovations and IT strategy/organization, digitalization and artificial intelligence deriving recommendations for action on the further development of corporate and business field strategies as well as impetus for strategic developments Implementation of market and competition analyses and benchmarking with other energy supply companies Identification of implementation potentials for the Herne municipal works and creation of sound decision templates for management Identification of cross-departmental trends and growth opportunities as well as communication within the company to strengthen the sustainability of the group of companies Analysis of internal processes, derivation of recommendations for action for optimisation and support in the implementation of measures to promote growth, maximise revenue, increase efficiency and reduce costs Introduction of new energy, technical or process topics and active support of the innovation process Support for M&A processes from initial contact to integration Designing ideas and innovation management by setting new impulses Preparation and support of internal and external projects, moderation or support at workshops and structured follow-up Activities in close proximity to management with close reference to strategic decisions and developments Development and implementation of diverse communication formats such as Intranet articles, video podcasts/VLOGs with the Executive Board, social media contributions (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram), interactive graphics, infotainment clips and “Behind-the-Scenes” reportagens. Creative thematic planning, development of suitable formats and independent implementation from concept to publication
