System management:

• Monitoring the implementation, maintenance and improvement of IT systems used by the audit and tax department
• Ensure data integrity, security and compliance with relevant standards
• Cooperation with internal stakeholders to identify system requirements and improvements

Data collection and analysis:

• Close cooperation with the teams of Aduit and Tax to collect relevant data
• Analysis of data to identify trends, opportunities and areas worthy of improvement
• Development of dashboards and reports for internal and external stakeholders

Process optimization:

• Optimization of data acquisition processes and automation wherever possible
• Identification of bottlenecks and presentation of solutions to increase efficiency
• Keep up to date on best practices in the industry and new technologies

Inclusion of stakeholders:

• Cooperation with audit, tax and IT teams to coordinate reporting requirements

• Cooperation with external partners, examiners and supervisory authorities as needed

• Communicate progress and results to management

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a Related Area

• Experience in the high-level administration of SaaS platforms

• Embossed coordination and communication skills

• Ability to work closely with business owners and IT teams

• Proven experience (3+ years) in IT application management *Expressed analytical skills and attention to detail

• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
